About the event
Ten senior homes around the city will be on duck egg hatching duty with the program starting on April 1st. This off-site Dunmore Equestrian program is funded by the Government of Canada's New Horizons for Seniors Program. The program runs for 5 weeks. After the duck eggs hatch the team will leave some of the ducklings behind so residents can feed, handle and watch them grow.
