🐎 Dunmore Equestrian Membership Policy​

Membership Types

Yearly Memberships

• Valid for one full calendar year from the date of purchase.

• Includes eligibility to vote at special meetings and Annual General Meetings (AGMs) during your active membership.

Monthly Memberships

• Valid from the date of purchase to the same day of the following month.

🗳 Voting Membership

• Available for individuals who do not ride but wish to participate in the governance of the Dunmore Equestrian Society.

• Grants the ability to vote at Special Meetings and the Annual General Meeting (AGM) held during your active membership period.

• Must be purchased at least 2 weeks prior to any meeting in order to be eligible to vote.

🐴 Horse Access

• All memberships allow up to 2 horses per person listed on the membership.

• Non-members are not permitted to ride a member’s horse without paying a Drop-In Fee.

💲 Drop-In Fee $20

• Charged per person riding, not per horse.

• Limited to 2 horses per rider.
