Keep yourself and your horse covered with an Alberta Equine Federation (AEF) membership. AEF members are covered up to $5 million in liability insurance. “For example, if you’re hauling a friends horse to an event and not getting paid for it, but just being kind and something happens to that horse, you have $10,000 in your AEF insurance coverage,” said Director Cathy Schnell. “If you are a brand new member please mention the Dunmore Equestrian Society, AEF #3010805 and we will receive a credit of $5.00 per new member applied to our next year’s Club membership.” Individual memberships with AEF start at $65. Dunmore Equestrian requires users to have the insurance coverage of their choice.
